CB Cares Educational Foundation is pleased to to be the spark to innovation and provide opportunities for the Central Bucks School District.

Innovative Learning Grants are awarded for innovative ideas that will enrich the curriculum and will directly benefit the students of CB School District. Up to $1,000 will be awarded to educators, staff members and/or administrators and can be individual or a team of staff members.  These grants are competitive. The Round 2 grant cycle deadline for the 2018-19 school year is January 31, 2019. We are currently accepting grant submissions –https://cb-cares.org/grants/innovation-learning-grants/

A $250 mini grant is available once a year for each individual school in CBSD. These grants were created to focus on the Developmental Assets and foster Parent Education Workshops for Home and School, PTOs and Parent Councils. CB Cares has developed a list of topics and trusted professionals that will come to your organization and present a workshop. Topics range from ATOD (alcohol, tobacco and other drugs), general parenting issues such as communication and discipline, adolescent brain development, health and wellness, and school issues (e.g. homework strategies). A parent ambassador is responsible for helping their school identify a topic for their school workshop.  Click here for a list of the Parent Education Workshops and to request a speaker.
